Full Time

Onsite in the Bay Area, CA

Highly flexible and Highly competitive Compensation package (open to discussion for the right candidate)

Working with top-tier hyperscale and optical customers only

Things that set this role apart-

  • Strong financial backing and growth opportunity
  • High visibility role with meaningful industry impact
  • Work with top global customers
  • “Ground floor” of a scaling business within a large platform

Initial Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate photonic components
  • Translate customer requirements into internal engineering feedback
  • Address technical issues and support problem resolution
  • Perform hands-on lab work including debugging, validation, and demos
  • Support customer design cycles (guidance, not full system design ownership)
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and subject matter experts
  • Manage technical customer engagements end-to-end

Must-Have Strong hands-on photonic component experience, including:

  • Lasers (especially laser chips preferred)
  • Modulators
  • Optical receivers
  • TIAs
  • Photodetectors
  • PICs (photonic integrated circuits)
