- Work flexibly across the opticians area according to business need, continually developing your knowledge so that you can be at your best for patients and customers Â
- Provide expert knowledge for patients with more specialist requirements Â
- Deliver complete healthcare solutions for our patients and customers and coach other opticians team members to do the same
- Work with the Boots Healthcare teams to give a one health solution Â
- Supervise the development, education and training of colleagues and support and mentor students (including Student Dispensing Opticians) Â
- Comply with the standards of practice and the current Boots Opticians clinical policies and standard operating procedures Â
- Support the opticians team to deliver an efficient model day and other operational processes to ensure that the opticians business trades legally and safely Â
