You will provide a patient-centered experience working with premium and independent frame lines within a supportive clinical and retail team environment, supervised by an optometrist.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service focused on patient satisfaction
  • Adjust and fit frames for optimal comfort and appearance
  • Select frames tailored to patient needs and preferences
  • Edge using in-office finishing equipment or place job orders
  • Dispense lenses accurately and efficiently
  • Order trials and maintain stock for Contact Lens Evaluation & Fitting Services
  • Process insurance claims including VSP and EyeMed
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge of frame and lens options
  • Manage inventory to ensure stock availability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of dispensing optician experience
  • Completion of an accredited opticianry training program
  • ABOC certification
