As a Project Manager for Optical Communication Systems Manufacturing at Nokia, you will play a critical role in leading the production ramp-up initiatives across multiple domestic manufacturing sites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site leadership, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure successful production ramp-up across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee and track capital expenditures, aligning investments with budgetary goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics and timelines for the delivery, installation, and operational integration of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between engineering, operations, procurement, and site leadership teams.

Qualifications
You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

It would be nice if you also had:
  • PMP or equivalent certification
