Our private optometry practice is seeking a friendly, multitasking individual to join our team in a dual Front Desk and Optical Assistant role. Whether you are looking for a full-time career with great benefits or a flexible part-time position, we welcome your application.

Main Responsibilities

  • Patient Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls, manage patient scheduling, and handle general office administrative duties.
  • Insurance Verification: Review and check patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Optical Sales: Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, making recommendations tailored to their lifestyle needs.
  • Customer Service: Welcome patients into the clinic with a warm, professional demeanor.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Core Skills: Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly disposition.
  • Language Preferred: Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred to best serve our patient community.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the eye care or optical industry is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate.
