If you’re looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, work closely with customers, and help shape highly engineered products used in cutting-edge industries, this opportunity is worth exploring.

This growing, family-owned manufacturer designs custom process cooling systems that support some of the world’s most advanced technologies — including medical devices, MRI systems, electron optics, x-ray applications, and other high-tech equipment. The company offers a collaborative, hands-on environment where employees are valued as long-term contributors rather than just another number.

Their culture is refreshingly down-to-earth, team-oriented, and non-corporate. Leadership is accessible, ideas are welcomed, and people genuinely enjoy working together. If you’re tired of bureaucracy and want the ability to influence products, customers, and processes directly, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work directly with customers to define new product applications, specifications, timelines, and cost targets
  • Modify and configure products to meet customer requirements
  • Generate pricing quotations and technical submittals
  • Manage and monitor KPIs for assigned product lines
  • Develop customer-specific service programs
  • Troubleshoot and support chillers in the field
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Communicate technical, service, and pricing updates to OEM customers
What They’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
  • Ability to solve technical problems in a hands-on environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customers
Preferred Experience
  • Refrigeration or HVAC systems knowledge
  • Product Management or Application Engineering experience
  • Experience supporting technical products in a manufacturing environment
Why People Like Working Here
  • Family-owned company with a stable, long-term mindset
  • Friendly, open culture without heavy corporate politics
  • High visibility and ability to make an impact
  • Opportunity to grow into future leadership roles
  • Collaborative engineering-driven environment
  • Strong work-life balance and leadership accessibility
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge, customer interaction, and product ownership in an innovative manufacturing environment.
