Job description

Duration: 3 Month contract to Hire (with FTE Conversion)
Rate: depend on experience.
Conversion salary not more than 120 K per annum
GC/USC/ H1B will work but they should be in 1st 3 years of their H1B/ Also they are fine with OPT- EAD as well and Freddie will take care of their H1B Processing.
Location: Must be on-site at least 1 day a week in McLean ONLY and once they convert to Freddie Mac FTE they have to be 3 days onsite.
2 round of Interview and coding will be required during Interview (1st round 45 mins and 2nd round 90 mins)
They have only 1 position on this and manager is looking for associate or Professional level candidate rather than going for senior person.

  • Java- Open to all levels as long as they have the skills (Associate, Professional, and Senior)
  • BR to reflect the level of the candidates.
  • This is a Java Backend developer role. If candidates have front end skills that is fine.
  • The person should be able to convert business requirements to codes.
  • The person will be closely working with a technical business analyst.
  • They should have good experience on Java development.
  • They should have a good coding background and are flexible with their skillset.
  • They have a large project and they need to extend their team.
  • They have 20+ members in a team mainly consisting of developers.
  • Little experience on Python and AWS will be nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Spring framework is again nice to have.
  • They should have experience with Javascript
