- Join the Department of Pediatrics at a new Pediatric Subspecialty Center
- Outpatient-only position
- Hospital-employed role
- Work alongside a pediatric residency program
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No call responsibilities
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- H1 visa candidates welcome
- EMR: AllScripts
- Conduct comprehensive developmental and behavioral evaluations
- Diagnose developmental delays, learning disorders such as dyslexia and ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating behavioral therapy, educational support, and medication management when appropriate
- Provide guidance and support to families to help them understand developmental challenges and navigate available resources
- Work closely with schools, therapists (occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy), and other specialists to coordinate patient care
- Developmental delays affecting speech, language, motor, or cognitive skills
- Neurodevelopmental disorders such as fetal alcohol spectrum disorders
