WE CELEBRATE YOU!?We are hiring an Opportunity Manager-Clinical Research Business Development-REMOTE, USA-CST or EST time zone requiredClick here to apply directly to this job:The Opportunity Manager will be responsible for the project management of new study opportunities, from lead generation to a final contract. This role will also partner with Site Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in key therapeutic areas to manage and grow client relationships in support of new business targets. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:A. Serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients.B. Partner with SMEs to create and manage new and existing client relationships.C. Log new study opportunities in the client relationship management (CRM) tool and projectmanage client requests for information (RFIs) by collaborating with the appropriate stakeholdersand submitting detailed feedback to clients.D. Document all client interactions and updates to the status of opportunities in the CRM.E. Engage/collaborate with SMEs to maximize the scope and scientific value of feasibility andinformation requests.F. Ensure non-disclosure agreements are executed prior to sharing confidential information.G. Evaluate opportunities and determine Desirability Index (DI) based on revenue, timing,recruitment ability and client relationship.H. Submit new study opportunities to sites along with turnaround time expectations and site-specificquestions.I. Generate proposal documents with SME input to upsell capabilities and maximize new studyopportunities.J. Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and inappearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.K. Additional duties as assigned by management.Education and Experience Required:Bachelors degree in Business and 5 years professional experience in clinical trials/research business development and sales experience required.Knows how to build proposals and has transactional skills, has strong experience with various technology sales/business platforms such as: Devana, CRM, CTMS, Salesforce. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, professional, confident, assertive Work is performed in a remote office setting.Travel may be required up to 50%.Daily computer use.Occasional evening and weekend work schedules. Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds.
