Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Red River Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to better understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Administering individualized therapeutic interventions utilizing solution-focused approaches that cater to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Maintaining meticulous clinical records in accordance with regulatory compliance to ensure a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
  • Strong foundation in psychotherapy practices with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits
