On-site - Fort Lauderdale, FL
THE ROLE:
IGEL is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant based in our Fort Lauderdale office, working on-site Monday through Thursday. Reporting directly to the CEO, this highly visible role will provide proactive, white-glove executive support primarily to the CEO.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. They will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and exercise exceptional judgment and discretion.
IGEL has a dedicated Office Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fort Lauderdale office. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Office Manager when executive activities intersect with meetings, events, customers, partners, and visitors, but will have minimal office management responsibilities.
