Quad is seeking motivated candidates for our Industrial Electrician Pre-Apprentice Training Program at our West Allis, WI facility. This paid, hands-on training opportunity is designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, automation, and advanced manufacturing technology. Trainees work alongside skilled maintenance professionals while gaining real-world experience in a modern production environment. This program is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn and develop the technical skills needed to advance into a Registered Apprenticeship and other skilled trades careers at Quad. Through this training program, participants gain exposure to: Electrical and mechanical systems Automation and robotics Hydraulics and pneumatics Electronic controls and instrumentation Facilities maintenance and HVAC systems Safe work practices in an industrial environment Trainees assist skilled maintenance personnel in the service, repair, installation, operation, and modification of equipment throughout our advanced manufacturing facilities. Trainees receive regular wage increases tied to performance milestones and skill development. Successful trainees may become eligible to apply for Quad's Registered Apprenticeship Programs, with qualifying trainee hours and educational credits applied toward apprenticeship advancement.
