Malone Solutions is currently hiring Forklift Operators in Fort Worth, TX. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting the warehouse team in handling inbound and outbound orders, sorting and organizing material inside the warehouse/outside in the yard, assist in light fabrication work and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Full-time, 8a-5p, Monday-Friday, $21/hour.
Sit-Down Propane Forklift Operator
  • Operating a sit-down propane-powered forklift to safely transport, load, unload, and stage steel products weighing several thousand pounds.
  • Qualified individuals must have experience moving large loads as well as loading & unloading on a flatbed trailer.
  • Moving large bundles of steel, plate, pipe, tubing, and structural materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
  • Loading and unloading flatbed trailers and delivery trucks while ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement of materials.
  • Conducting daily forklift inspections, monitored propane fuel levels, and reported maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Following OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and established material-handling protocols.
  • Read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records to accurately move and stage materials.
  • Maintaining awareness of load capacities, center-of-gravity considerations, and safe operating practices when handling oversized or heavy loads.
  • Assisting with inventory control, material organization, and warehouse housekeeping.
  • Working closely with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries.
  • Demonstrating the ability to maneuver heavy loads in tight spaces while maintaining a strong safety record.
