About the Role:

The Lathe Operator plays a critical role in our manufacturing process by precisely shaping and machining steel components to meet exact specifications. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up and machine the parts accordingly, maintaining tolerances and consistent production quality to producing components that meet rigorous industry standards and customer requirements. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating a lathe in a manufacturing environment
