Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $23.00.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. This Operator position is part of the Pay for Skills program and is part of skills progression. The employee must complete the requirements for Operator 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies
  • Relieve other employees as directed
  • Maintain communication to ensure quality product is being made
  • Maintaining daily housekeeping requirements
  • Follow JSA/SOP's
  • Wear proper clothing and PPE as required
  • Complete all training and meetings
  • Understand and use all appropriate checks and checklists
  • Complete production reporting
