Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: General duties include proper packaging per case, off-bearing from the line to the conveyor, filling of the hopper with product and placement of lids and cups on the pre-cup machine and line. All employees are required to be in full uniform to include bouffant cap, beard cover (as applicable), and gloves. Hearing protection is required. Report all food safety and quality issues observed to management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Employees will rotate responsibilities on a scheduled basis in the interest of creating an ergonomically friendly work environment. COMPETENCIES: Specific duties include preparing cases for filling and ensuring that an accurate number of pre-cups are included in each case and that those cups are lined within the case, properly, to ensure the box will seal correctly. Cases, upon being filled, are processed through the case sealer and then placed on conveyor to go through metal detector. Employees assigned to the pre-cup line must also ensure that the machine is stocked properly with cups and lids and that cups seal properly during the production process.
