Wyo-Ben Pet is a new division of Wyo-Ben Inc. where we focus on the packaging of clumping cat litter. Wyo-Ben Petโ€™s new facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and offers a clean and safe work environment for employees which enables a critical focus on high quality finished products.
Full-Time
Wyo-Ben is seeking a Packaging Operator to help package and prepare products for shipment while supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, production role with on-the-job training provided.
Job Duties:
  • Fill bags to designated weights using manual or automated equipment
  • Stack and palletize filled bags in an orderly configuration
  • Shrink-wrap finished pallets for shipment
  • Operate forklifts to move products and materials
  • Cross-train on multiple machines and work stations
  • Follow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality specifications
  • Maintain accurate production counts and material usage
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and clutter-free
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
  • Support Wyo-Benโ€™s Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • No prior experience required โ€“ training provided
  • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn
  • Basic problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, deadlineโ€‘oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and respectful teamwork skills
Physical amp; Work Requirements:
  • Stand, walk, bend, and climb for 8โ€“10 hours per shift, including catwalks

  • Exposure to dust, fragrance noise, and temperature variations
