Primary responsibilities for Rotomold Operators include:

ยท Operate, program, start up, and shut down rotational Rotomold machines

ยท Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards

ยท Troubleshoot and adjust machines or processes to complete tasks and resolve production issues

ยท Review and address non-conforming parts with engineers, supervisors, and team members

ยท Fill buckets with plastic powder, pull completed parts, and cut, clean, or scrape parts as needed per instructions

ยท Assist with daily mold maintenance, including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and adjusting latches

ยท Train and support other team members in the department

ยท Recognize, document, and communicate safety concerns

Requirements:

ยท High School Diploma or GED equivalent

ยท 2+ years of experience in rotational Rotomold or similar manufacturing

ยท Skilled in operating and maintaining Rotomold machines

ยท Strong troubleshooting and quality inspection abilities

ยท Ability to follow instructions and work independently

ยท Experience training team members and performing basic mold maintenance

ยท Able to collaborate on resolving production issues
