$21-$24/hour
SCHEDULE:
12-hour rotating shift (see below)
The machine operator position operates on a rotating shift schedule, which allows for 13 weeks off in a calendar year, not including the use of vacation or personal time! It is a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that allows 24/7 coverage while aiming to give employees extended time off within a cycle. This cycle ensures a balance of work and rest by providing a "built-in" week off every month.
The typical schedule runs on a 4-week cycle, where employees work:
  • 4 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off
  • 3 consecutive day shifts, 1 day off
  • 3 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off
  • 4 consecutive day shifts, 7 days off

Essential Functions

โ€ข Uses computer system to track production, update inventory and label finished product
โ€ข Operates Industrial Truck after acquiring proper license
โ€ข Follows quality requirements to ensure all products meet or exceed specifications
โ€ข Performs maintenance that is needed on machine and communicates major issues to the supervisor/shift leader
