Job description

Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known company in Chantilly, VA that is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. Ideally looking for a minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or machine operations. Available shifts are:
$20.00 per hour:
  • 5:00 pm - 5:00 am Sunday- Tuesday.
  • 5:00 pm - 5:00 am Wednesday - Friday.

$17.50 per hour:
  • 5:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Wednesday.
  • 5:00 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Pull, transfer, deduct jobs.
  • Count and verify (audit) raw materials and completed materials.
  • Process scrap, destroy obsolete orders and record data in inventory system accordingly.
  • Follow good warehousing in receiving and maintaining stock levels.
  • Operate performance deadlines for customer output.
  • Implement and support ISO 9001 specifications and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a 7-year background check, drug screen and credit screen to meet position eligibility requirements.
  • Frequent standing, walking and manual dexterity to manipulate small, secure objects.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willing to work a 12-hour shifts.
