Job Title: Laboratory Technician (Trainee)
Location: Williston, ND 58801
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $19.90 – $25.00/hr on W-2
Schedule: 8 Days On / 4 Days Off
Preference: Local candidates preferred
 
Job Summary:
The Trainee Laboratory Technician supports safe, efficient, and reliable PSD service delivery. This role performs quality assurance testing on products, prepares laboratory reports prior to wellsite service, and assists with additive selection and fluid design. The technician works closely with Client Support Labs, operating locations, and product centers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform QA testing on company products
  • Prepare lab reports prior to wellsite operations
  • Support additive selection and fluid design activities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully functional lab equipment
  • Ensure timely and accurate job deliverables
  • Conduct risk assessments before tasks to mitigate safety/quality risks
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
  • Wear required PPE and follow all safety policies
  • Assist engineers and technical teams as needed
  • Participate in service quality meetings and audits
