QBE is seeking a Operations Support - II to support the IEW&S contract.


Responsibilities

Candidate shall provide support services related to refining or tracking actions to operate efficiently, which typically include: 

  • Support CPE IEWS Integration Directorate with day-to-day operations, serve as the proponent for all taskers, requirements, and RFIs that require CPE IEWS Integration Directorate review and action. 
  • Monitor several sources for received taskers and requirements to include, but not limited to, Integration Directorate e-mail inbox, and HQDA Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). 
  • Establish and maintain database and electronic files to capture all critical information pertaining to Integration Directorate programs/efforts within the Integration Directorate SharePoint Site. 
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly reports to HQ, participation in weekly staff meetings, coordinating external meetings/visits, and management of government property. 

Requirements

  • Active US Government clearance at Secret level or higher
  • Associate degree / 2 year technical school (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business) 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and other stakeholders
