Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Brand Planning & Strategy Specialist to support cross-Line of Business (xLOB) brand planning, insights, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines an operational mindset with strong project management capabilities and a passion for transforming research and data into actionable business insights. 

Key Responsibilities 

Support the cross-Line of Business (xLOB) Brand Planning and Insights leads in delivering and project managing research and learning agendas that inform marketing strategy, planning, and activation. 

Partner closely with Marketing Research teams to translate business questions into actionable learning objectives and strategic recommendations. 

Connect insights across business objectives, audiences, and Lines of Business to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for growth. 

Support Brand Planning & Insights teams by helping leaders evaluate progress against marketing goals and prioritize future investments. 

Facilitate the collection of project objectives, business requirements, and learning agenda deliverables to develop project and research briefs. 

Develop and deliver strategic communications and contextualized storytelling for internal stakeholders, partners, and leadership teams. 

Build strong relationships with key Brand and Marketing partners by developing a deep understanding of their priorities, goals, and business objectives. 

Support strategic operations and planning processes by creating consistency, transparency, and standardized methodologies across programs and Lines of Business. 

Drive cross-functional collaboration among Marketing, Brand Planning, Insights, Research, and business stakeholders. 

Support project execution, process management, and operational excellence to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively. 

Required Skills 

Experience in Marketing, Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, Market Research, or a related field. 

Experience working as an evidence-based marketer, leveraging research and data to drive business and marketing decisions. 

Bachelor's degree.

Pay Rate: $41.14 per hour 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Work Location: Richmond or McLean (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $41.14 per hour
