Job description

Our team is looking for a sharp Analyst who will support the Strategy and Data Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the finance space.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with strategic planning
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability
- Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities
- Assist with preparing high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling
- Produce insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team
- Build business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators, to monitor progress on strategic goals
- Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets
- Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency
- Contribute to several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
- Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred
- Financial Services experience and interest in financial markets and investing
- Demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills
- Proven self-starter that can work with urgency in a dynamic environment
- Intellectually curious and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards and data visualizations is a plus
