Job description

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Completions Lead to oversee system handover and acceptance activities, ensuring systems are completed, verified, documented, and ready for operational acceptance. The role supports commissioning, completion management, and readiness verification across offshore project phases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead system handover and acceptance activities in line with project requirements.
  • Verify Mechanical Completion, commissioning status, punch lists, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate readiness reviews, walkdowns, and handover milestones with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure completion records, test results, certificates, and turnover dossiers are accurate and maintained within the Completion Management System (CMS).
  • Identify and escalate readiness gaps, risks, and handover constraints.
  • Support contractors and project teams in achieving system readiness and acceptance targets.
  • Promote safe execution during commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning, completions, construction, operations readiness, or project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, punch list management, commissioning documentation, turnover processes, and Completions Management Systems.
  • Experience with offshore projects, fabrication yards, or major capital project handovers is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work internationally and support offshore rotations.
  • Offshore certifications (or ability to obtain them) preferred.
