Collaborate directly with Quality Assurance and Program Managers to ensure all training requirements adhere to compliance standards, and recommend administrative action to the Site and Program Manager for any employees who fail to comply with these standards

Manage site resources, scheduling of personnel training requirements, and workflow to optimize performance on the contract. Develop and enforce safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment through adherence to training and standardization. Serve as the main Training and Readiness point of contact between both sites and organizational leadership.  Serve as the key supervisory representative with the government on all external training audits. Lead, mentor, and develop site staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and efficiency. Monitor budgetary expenditures and participate in financial planning for both locations.  Coordinate maintenance schedules, equipment needs, and logistics to support operational readiness and training requirements across the program.  Liaise with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies as required.  Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance metrics to Program Management, as required.
