This role will be embedded within the business, responsible for driving the delivery of key initiatives that enable growth across Residential, Light Commercial and Commercial Applied operations as Air & Water pursues its vision to grow from $400 million to $3 billion in revenue by 2030.
This Principal Program Manager will serve as a strategic partner between Digital Technology (DT) and the Air & Water business, helping identify opportunities where technology can improve the customer experience, increase operational effectiveness, and accelerate business growth. The role will be instrumental in translating business strategies into actionable technology solutions, facilitating prioritization of work across multiple teams, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Business Partnership & Strategic Planning (30%)

  • Partner with business leaders to understand growthobjectives, operational challenges, and customer pain points, translating them into technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
  • Identifyopportunities where technology can improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency, enable scalability, or support new business capabilities.
  • Develop andmaintainthe Air & Water technology roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and available resources.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define business requirements,establishsuccess criteria, and gain alignment on solution direction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and DT teams, ensuring priorities, expectations, and decisions are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Anticipate emerging business needs and proactively recommend technology solutions that position Air & Water for future growth.

Portfolio Leadership & Prioritization (30%)

  • Lead prioritization of the Air & Water portfolio of work, balancing business value, strategicobjectives, enterprise commitments, resource capacity, and technical dependencies.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives, including scope, schedule, quality, budget, and risk management activities.
  • Partner with DT leaders toestablishrealistic delivery plans andoptimizeresource allocation across multiple initiatives.

  • Facilitate governance processes and decision-making forums to ensure transparency around priorities, trade-offs, and investment decisions.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, ora relatedfield.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience managing IT projects.
  • Sound knowledge of Project Managementand strong influencing skillsa must.
  • Previous experience of at least5project executions.
