About the role:

As a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations you will support general operations for Market Development and Commercial Center of Excellence You will lead operations, resolve issues, and represent Market Development across organizational programs and actions. You will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Effectiveness and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Communications to lead Tier 1 level industry events, specifically Account Team interface for customer meetings, executive material development, invoice payments, and planning support.

  • Develop the annual Tier 1 event list and budget, obtain approval from Westinghouse executive leadership. Represent Global Markets in the Industry Event Steering Committee.

  • Lead preparations of the Market Development annual budget and headcount in partnership with Finance and agreement on Market Development leadership. Monitor spending throughout the year and escalate adverse trending.

  • Manage the Commercial Center of Excellence annual budget and headcount.

  • Lead Market Development activities for OE input to the Westinghouse annual 5-year business in partnership with Finance and Strategy.

  • Represent Market Development in cross organizational projects (ex. Cash Collection).

  • Manage Market Development continuous improvement projects. Implement process improvement projects (ex. procedures). Foster change management to ensure improvements are adapted and sustained by organization.

  • Support prioritization of CCoE scope through identification of internal needs and areas for improvement for internal customers. Provide a broad Westinghouse perspective in development CCoE of reports, meetings and data analysis.

  • Coordinate organizational meetings and internal conferences (ex. staff meetings, all-employee session, Commercial Kickoffs).

  • Provide guidance to Market Development personnel with process and preparations (ex. issue management, investigations, preparations for executive customer visits to Westinghouse facilities).

  • Prepare presentation material and respond to external inquiries (ex. requests for supplier meetings, participation in events, employment)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years relevant experience

  • Experience with Westinghouse organization, processes, personnel, products, and services.
