We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our brand-new pharmacy locations in Vernon and Kamloops, BC, opening soon!

This is a rare opportunity to build your pharmacy workplace from the ground up.

These positions are eligible for a signing bonus and moving allowance for the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.
  • Inventory management.
  • Team member scheduling, training, and management.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
  • Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.
  • Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
  • Practicing at full scope.

You Have:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program.
  • Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Your Injection Certification.
  • Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Compensation Details:

$66.00 - $85.00
