Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team in a hands-on production role. This position involves setting up mechanical equipment, handling web and chemical materials, and safely moving materials across the production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating programmable logic controllers (PLC), preparing and processing samples for in-process quality tests, and ensuring compliance with all operating, quality, and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include recommending process improvements, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of operations.
Physical Attributes
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand/bend/twist for an 8-hour shift

This is a C shift position 9:30PM-6:30AM
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing operator experience
  • Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding and application of basic math skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Computer hardware/software experience
  • Experience handling chemicals
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communicate skills
  • Work well independently while also being a positive contributor to a strong, cohesive team

Pay Range for this position: $23.00-$36.00 per hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
