Job Title: Operations Officer III X 2

Location: 500 Edmonton City Centre East, 10205 101st Street NW, Edmonton.(Hybrid), 5 days onsite training for the first 3 months, 4 days on site.

Estimated Duration: 12 Months ( Conversion and extension possibility)


SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues

Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls

Clear communication with several partners and team members.

Attendance and reliability

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

Data entry experience,
