What is an Operations MBA?

Operations MBAs are professionals who have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization or focus in operations management. They are trained to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and manage supply chains within organizations. Operations MBAs often work in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, consulting, and technology, where they use analytical and managerial skills to streamline operations and drive organizational success.

To thrive in an Operations MBA role, you need strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a solid understanding of supply chain management, typically supported by an MBA with a focus on operations or related fields.
