Salary Range: $110,592.77 - $154,159.74 per year

  • Serve as a primary technology advisor and consultative partner to ministry leadership, aligning innovative IT roadmaps with Ascension’s overarching organizational goals.
  • Spearheads end-to-end healthcare IT demand management—from idea request intake and solution conceptualization through governance, prioritization, and project initiation -
    ensuring alignment with IT standards, clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and optimized delivery capability to maximize patient, operational, and business value.
  • Orchestrate the seamless delivery of technology solutions and portfolios, maintainingexecutive-level transparency while overseeing high standards of customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Drive organizational transformation by leading teams through complex changes and facilitating rapid, cross-functional resolutions during critical technical events or system crises. 

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
