We are seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the execution of complex industrial and engineered product projects from order handoff through successful customer delivery.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and finance. You will own project scope, schedule, financial performance, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations.
This position is ideal for a proactive project leader who enjoys balancing customer relationships, technical problem solving, business outcomes, and operational execution.
What You'll Do
Lead Project Execution

  • Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive issue resolution and remove obstacles that impact project performance.

Partner with Customers

  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct project reviews and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Own Project Financial Performance
  • Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and margin performance.
  • Monitor financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify scope changes and lead change-order discussions with customers.
  • Provide leadership with accurate project forecasts and executive-level updates.

Manage Risk and Drive Results
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive corrective actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and decision-making.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining customer confidence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects within manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, automation, water technology, energy, or related industries.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience managing contract-based customer projects.
  • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project controls.

Why Join Us
