Job Description The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line is developing and delivering the future of electronic warfare (EW), today along with developing robust sustainment strategies for active platforms. Built on decades of proven fielded capability, rooted on robust operational analysis, and incorporating the most relevant needs of the warfighter, AEWS brings high technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) solutions to address the most complex challenges for the United States Department of Defense (DoD). AEWS systems provide the most advanced situational awareness and countermeasures capabilities for both traditional and non-traditional platforms. The AEWS team is empowered and honored to be executing at the tip of the tip of the spear! One of the exciting opportunities within AEWS is the development of our Product Based Organization (PBO) as we work to take some of todays most complex systems and capabilities and convert them into commercial products. This team is shaping the future on how we will be doing business and who we are doing it with. As an Operations Program Manager in the PBO we are looking for an individual with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain who will take that knowledge and drive the program strategy. Partnering closely with the other functions we will be forging new territory as we develop our commercial model for the Electronic Combat Systems business area. Some activities may include - make/where decisions for the PBO product, material strategy development and deployment, automation, affordability, managing design concept through full rate production, and transition to production across business sites. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
* Excellent program/project management skills * Strong Supply Chain and Procurement background * Strong Manufacturing background * Demonstrated experience in development and production programs * Demonstrated acumen with regard to EVMS and the ability to implement Cost Account Management best practices * Experience with proposals and the Operations proposal process * Experience working across business sites and virtually * High degree of ethics and strong core values * Exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships * Ability to work both independently and as a member of team with initiative, creativity, and innovation * High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget * Exceptional management and leadership skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * PMP, Agile, or other related Certifications

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
