Job Summary:

They are seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead integrated teams in delivering solutions for key product initiatives while managing development schedules, risks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Working with Leading integrated teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives programs by working closely with product managers owners scrum masters architects developers and QA teams
• Working within and across business units to prioritize plan and execute the Technology development schedule for major product releases
• Handling and tracking status progress and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and publishes progress reports to senior partners
• Assigning development resources to activities and monitoring progress and performance across resource channels
• Maintaining release and dependency plans across Customers development teams external partners and third parties
• Actively identifying managing and raising risks issues and changes tied to the product development initiatives
• Pro-actively anticipating program project s risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
• Applying discretion on when to raise issues versus work through issues with the team
• Resolving impediments precluding teams from making progress against plans and deadlines
• Leveraging knowledge and understanding of solution arch system integration and E2E data flow for Test Management Test data preparation Test execution and coordination with Test Engineers and QA Leads for impacted tech teams
• Ensuring deliverables across Technology teams are high quality and clearly documented
• Conducting Pre and Post PI Planning sessions daily stand ups scrum of scrums and retrospectives at the end of each planned unit of work with a focus on continuously learning from the past
• Finding opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes
• Ensures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to maintain control on scope schedule and cost
• Contributes to continual process improvement
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience working with integrated teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute Technology development schedules for major product releases.
• Experience handling and tracking status, progress, and critical metrics related to project plans.
• Ability to assign development resources to activities and monitor progress and performance.
• Experience maintaining release and dependency plans across development teams and third parties.
• Ability to identify, manage, and raise risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives.
• Experience anticipating program/project risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation planning.
• Ability to apply discretion on when to raise issues versus working through issues with the team.
• Experience resolving impediments that prevent teams from making progress against plans and deadlines.
• Knowledge and understanding of solution architecture, system integration, and E2E data flow for Test Management.
