What You Will Do:
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of computing platforms, including monitoring system health and performance.
  • Responds to incidents, conducts troubleshooting, and performs root cause analysis.
  • Manages capacity planning, system tuning, and scaling to meet workload demands.
  • Executes preventive maintenance, patching, and configuration management.
  • Provides user support and maintains operational documentation.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • SEVEN 7 years supporting complex computing environments
  • Strong system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with automation and operational tools
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
