WHAT WE DO
AvAirPros assists our airline and airport clients by providing talented staff resources who serve as Airline Liaisons, Technical Representatives, Program or Project Managers in consulting and advisory roles. We represent our clients on capital improvement projects and support the airlines and airports on business, financial, technical, and operational issues.
 
POSITION SUMMARY
As our Airline Technical Representative (ATR) you’ll provide support at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This is a high visibility vital role supporting various important airport construction-related initiatives. You’ll manage and coordinate complex aviation-related projects through all phases of programming, planning, design, and construction. Critical to your success is a rigorous focus on analysis and the ability to convey that information to our clients and other stakeholders.  
 
You’ll support the Capital Improvement Plan by coordinating tasks and schedules, attending project meetings, communicating directly with airport and airline staff, and documenting communications. To be successful, you need excellent time management, communication, and writing skills to regularly collaborate with clients and internal team members.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders supporting project implementation that meets the needs of the airlines and SFO staff
  • Build strong genuine relationships with both airline and airport staff
  • Review and secure required airport approvals from the airlines
  • Coordinate communication (meetings and calls) among the airlines and between SFO and airlines
  • Create and distribute project documentation to a variety of project teams
  • Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet program goals
  • Prepare memos, reports, briefings, proposals, and other client deliverables
