• Partner with E-commerce, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse Operations teams to align logistics capabilities with business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding transportation performance, capacity planning, and optimization opportunities.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in parcel transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations, including leadership responsibility. Proven experience managing parcel carrier relationships, contract negotiations, and transportation budgets.
• Strong understanding of parcel network design, last-mile delivery operations, and carrier performance management.
• Experience with TMS platforms, parcel shipping software, business intelligence tools, and logistics analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and execute strategic improvements.

• Translate complex logistics data into clear business insights for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop high performing teams through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adjust strategies in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
