Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and executing all union operations within their assigned market for Inline Drywall Washington. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role ensures disciplined operational execution, strong financial performance, stable labor relations, and profitable growth.

The Operations Manager oversees the successful delivery of both internal development projects and third-party work, while maintaining high standards in estimating accuracy, cost control, productivity, and workforce management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining Inline's reputation for reliability, professionalism, and quality.
