The Operations Manager In Training is a developmental role preparing individuals for managerial responsibilities, focusing on learning company processes. In contrast, an Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations directly, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Both roles are essential in operational workflows but differ mainly in responsibility level and scope.

We're currently seeking high-energy, motivated individuals to join our team through our Manager in Training (MIT) program. This is a fast-track opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days-no prior management experience required!
What You'll Learn: As a Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including preparing fast, accurate sandwiches with world-class customer service, running clean and efficient shifts, understanding store-level profitability metrics, and leading with a positive, can-do attitude.
Next Step- Person In Charge (PIC): After successfully completing training, you'll be eligible for promotion to Person In Charge (PIC). PICs help lead daily store operations, ensure the restaurant is clean and running efficiently, coach team members, and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Strong performance as a PIC leads to advancement opportunities including Assistant Manager and beyond.
