  • Track fleet performance metrics, costs, and maintenance activity
  • Maintain accurate records in fleet management systems and tracking tools
  • Communicate delays, risks, or issues to leadership and operations teams promptly
  • Build strong working relationships with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet efficiency and cost management

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, DOT regulations, and safety standards
  • Ability to identify minor vehicle issues and determine when internal repair or vendor support is required
  • Experience with fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastโ€‘paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions quickly
  • Strong organizational and problemโ€‘solving skills
  • Commitment to safetyโ€‘focused operations
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and longโ€‘term success
