At our U.S. headquarters in Grafton, Wisconsin, we're expanding our operations to meet growing demand in the team sports and custom apparel market. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and print production operations. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, this role is responsible for driving daily execution, developing supervisors and associates, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled safely, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and building operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
  • Lead the day-to-day warehouse and print production operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Provide leadership and direction to 2-3 salaried supervisors overseeing warehouse and print production associates.
  • Spend the majority of the workday on the warehouse and production floor coaching employees, removing obstacles, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
  • Prioritize daily workloads and adjust staffing and resources to meet changing business demands.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and operational execution.

Team Development
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback to build a high-performing team.
  • Partner with the Director of Distribution and Human Resources on hiring decisions, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and employee engagement.

Operational Excellence
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
    • On-Time Shipping (OTS)
    • Inventory Accuracy
    • Order Accuracy
    • Productivity
  • Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and material handling practices.
  • Monitor workflow throughout warehouse and print production operations to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Promote standard work practices and continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Safety & Quality
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
  • Drive quality throughout warehouse, production, and fulfillment processes to consistently meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of operations leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, apparel production, e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, third-party logistics, or a similar operational environment.
  • Previous experience leading supervisors or team leaders preferred.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing, tracking, and communicating operational KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory control best practices.
  • Experience with shipping software such as ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar platforms.
