IEG Plastics, LLC is headquartered in Bellefontaine, OH. We are an ISO9001:2015 certified plastic parts manufacturer servicing the automotive and consumer goods industries.
We currently operate in 48,000 square feet of manufacturing space with future expansion plans to 150,000 square feet and beyond. We have invested heavily in new and emerging technology to provide our customers with high quality, cost competitive parts and molds. Our injection molding presses have real time process monitoring capabilities to ensure our customers parts are produced at maximum efficiency. Our niche market is tight tolerance plastic injection molding, and we supply products to clients worldwide.

Position: Operation Manager / Integrator
Qualifications:

Responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties for this Operations Manager / Integrator include, but are not limited to:

Direct responsibility for managing production operations. Also oversees the following functions within the facility: project engineering, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, tool repair, plant cost accounting, scheduling and release of material, quality, safety and people services

Assist in creating a succession and mentoring plan for IEG. Right People Right Seats.

Create Tier Levels for all positions.
Responsible for producing the product at planned costs including costs associated with waste, variance, management labor, variable and fixed expenses, and direct and indirect hourly labor
Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and people, in order to produce a finished product in the most effective manner
Establish, monitor and continually improve existing processes and/or systems to facilitate corporate goal attainment. Continuous improvement in KPIs.
SpecificationsRequired:
Minimum of 10 years Manufacturing Experience
Minimum of 5 years management experience (as either Production Manager, Plant Manager, or Engineering Manager) Plastic Injection molding
Willingness to learn EOS and be on the Management Team, embrace and live the Traction Entrepreneurial Operating System.
Preferred
RJG / Decoupling 1-2-3
ERP experience
