Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daytime field operations for both armed and unarmed security officers. This individual will be a hands-on leader, responsible for maintaining operational excellence across multiple client sites. The Operations Manager will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, supporting our field personnel, and ensuring all posts operate in full compliance with contract requirements and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of armed and unarmed security officers across multiple sites
  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure officers are in proper uniform, on post, and performing to expectation
  • Address and resolve operational or personnel issues as they arise
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during daytime hours
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and coordination with HR/recruiting when needed
  • Ensure compliance with post orders, SOPs, and any client-specific directives
  • Mentor and develop officers in the field to ensure high standards of professionalism and performance
  • Deliver quality customer service and foster long-term client relationships
  • Provide operational reports to senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the private security industry (preferably with supervisory or management experience)
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (required)
  • Armed Security License in the State of Tennessee
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
  • Familiar with armed and unarmed security protocols and licensing requirements
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass background and drug screening


Preferred Traits:

  • Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure


Schedule:
Rolling 5 day work week, (3 weekends a month are required), Day Shift
