We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Operations Manager to join our healthcare leadership team. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities within a specific region, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires regular travel to all company locations throughout the Greater Chicago area.

  • Regional Operations Management: Lead and coordinate the operations of healthcare facilities within the region, ensuring consistency in quality of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of office managers and operations staff at various locations within the region, fostering a culture of collaboration, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and standards specific to the region, ensuring all facilities within the region adhere to state and federal requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction across all locations in the region.
