Summer 2026 Intern - Analyst, Endpoint Management
 

How does the role impact the organization?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Services, this intern role supports Financial Advisor (FA) onboarding. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writing Intern to support our technology team in creating, updating, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Coordinate onboarding activities across Digital Workplace, IAM, Telecom, Service Desk, and Security teams
  • Tracking onboarding dependencies and readiness blockers
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into clear written content
  • Review and improve existing documentation for clarity and consistency
  • Support documentation for projects such as system implementations and disaster recovery playbooks
  • Organize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint or similar tools)
  • Develop diagrams and visual aids where applicable
  • Contribute to documentation standards and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
