Are you looking to gain hands-on experience doing impactful ministry work while being guided, mentored, and learning alongside others? If so, then we invite you to apply for an internship opportunity.First Baptist Dallas is a thriving church community living for Jesus Christ. We have been serving and doing ministry for over 150 years. This church is built on the Bible and pursuing its mission to "Transform the world with God's Word one life at a time."The team members here at First Baptist Dallas are called to serve with commitment, enthusiasm, and excellence. We embody teamwork, integrity, and a passion for making a meaningful impact while honoring God through our service.

TheOperations Internshipis a year-long, cohort-based program designed for college or seminary students pursuing the administrative or operational side of ministry. Thisunpaid internship provides futureparticipants with a practical foundation in theprocess, systems, and stewardshipprinciples that sustain a healthy church. Under the supervision ofthe operations team leaders, interns will spend 20 hours a week gaining hands-on experience in areas such as worship production, church finance, church administration, facilities management, communications, or information technology. In addition to departmental work and ministry team meetings, the cohort gathers weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and specializedtraining. This immersive experience focuses on the "why" and "how" behindchurch operations management, ensuring participants are the primary beneficiaries of the program through significant professional skill acquisition and theological reflection.
