As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will work at the centre of multiple marketing and commercial functions, coordinating campaigns and ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness.

You will gain broad exposure to Performance Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Brand, Catalogue, Merchandising, Product & Technology, and Operations while supporting campaigns from initial planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.

The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will also contribute to process improvement by identifying repetitive manual activities and supporting the adoption of automation, AI, and agentic workflows for campaign management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and commercial campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, readiness trackers, milestones, and execution schedules.
  • Act as a central coordination point across Commercial, CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand, Catalogue, Merchandising, Product & Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups across campaign activities.
  • Manage campaign readiness, including hero products, promotional offers, pricing, vouchers, inventory availability, and merchandising requirements.
  • Coordinate homepage, landing-page, CRM, performance marketing, content, and creative assets required for campaign launches.
  • Conduct final quality checks to ensure campaign components are accurate, complete, and launch-ready.
  • Monitor campaign performance in collaboration with Performance and Profitability teams.
  • Analyse campaign results against targets and identify key drivers, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead structured post-mortems and translate campaign learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain centralised campaign playbooks, documentation, processes, and execution frameworks.
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and support the transition toward automation and AI-enabled campaign workflows.
  • Help develop scalable processes that improve campaign execution speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and live execution issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion, campaign performance, operational efficiency, and execution quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A highly driven graduate, postgraduate, or early-career professional with a strong interest in e-commerce, performance marketing, digital marketing, or campaign operations.
  • 0+ years of experience; relevant internships, projects, or early professional experience in marketing, analytics, e-commerce, or operations will be an advantage.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage concurrent timelines, and follow through on deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with data and using insights to understand campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, performance dashboards, SQL, Excel, or similar analytical tools is a strong advantage.
