Job description

Position title: Operations Support, Management Analyst

Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group, including records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans.
  • Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability.
  • Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements.
  • Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment.
  • 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD records management, export control, or international agreements.
  • Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
